Description
Responsible for managing all aspects of epoxy flooring, concrete polishing, surface prep as well as all other aspects of the company projects start to finish. You will oversee a team of installers, coordinate with clients and subcontractors, and ensure that projects are completed safely, on schedule, and within budget. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in epoxy, concrete polishing, surface prep, joint sealants (company specialties) installation and a proven track record of successfully managing projects in a construction or similar industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, schedule, and coordinate projects, including materials procurement, equipment, deployment, and manpower allocation.
- Supervise and mentor a team of company specialist installers, providing guidance and in field support to ensure quality workmanship and adherence to safety protocols.
- Conduct pre-job meetings with clients and subcontractors to review project requirements, timelines, and expectations.
- Monitor project progress and performance, identifying and addressing any issues or obstacles that may arise.
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, building codes, and safety regulations.
- Maintain accurate project documentation: daily photos and completion photos, including daily reports, progress updates, and change orders.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize project efficiency and profitability.
- Foster a positive work environment that promotes teamwork, professionalism, and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in our company specialties doing in field installation, with at least 2 years in a supervisory of leadership role
- Strong Knowledge of company specialties materials, techniques, and equipment.
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, multitask, and meet deadlines.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients, subcontractors, and team members.
- Proven leadership abilities, with a track record of motivation and developing high-performing teams.
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship.
- Proficiency in reading blueprints, specifications, and construction drawings.
- OSHA Certification and knowledge of safety regulations and best practices
- Valid drivers license and reliable transportation.
