1. Surface Preparation

2. Grinding and Honing
- Coarse diamond grinding tools, typically with progressively finer grits, are used to remove the top layer of the concrete surface. This grinding process levels the floor, removes imperfections, and exposes the aggregate (stones and sand) within the concrete.
- The grinding process is carried out using specialized grinding machines equipped with diamond-impregnated metal or resin-bonded grinding tools. The sequence of grits gradually refines the surface to a desired level of smoothness.
